The Art of Team Building: Crafting Collaborative Success

It's time to amplify voices and foster understanding across generations. At this innovative workshop, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with the VPG Team both remotely and in person. Let's come together to bridge the generation gap, celebrate diversity, and cultivate an inclusive ecosystem for all.

In this interactive workshop, we will explore four of the ten themes discussed in my book, Collaborating in Competitive Ecosystems. These four themes include: 

• Toxicity and scarcity
• People pleasing
• Fear of Missing Out/Opportunities (FOMO)
• Boundaries Setting 

We will showcase the process of how the VPG team collaborates to brainstorm and get things done.  We will also discuss our feedback process. Those who can appear in person on our team will be group facilitators on site and lead discussions for the group. Those who are not able to join based on schedule and commitment will appear in a video message with their takes on these topics.  We will have course materials that have specific modules that address the above issues.  The course materials include 15% of our On-demand course on Building a Leadership Habitat, Collaborating in Competitive Ecosystems, and our Workbook.  

As part of the group discussion, expect to use improvisation and role-playing, stepping into diverse personas to explore varied perspectives. We anticipate laughter will fill the room as we delve into the characters of the VPG's ecosystems, shedding light on unique viewpoints.
