VPG may use images and recordings from webinars, public events, and other activities as marketing materials on our website, newsletters, and social media channels. By attending VPG public events, including webinars, clients and visitors agree, authorize, and grant VPG full rights/permission, royalty-free, to use and publish all photographs, audio recordings and electronic representations or likenesses taken, unless otherwise prohibited in writing. Your image or likeness will be removed or redacted within 5 business days of the request. If you appear in a group photo, any identifying parts of the photo will be blurred out, or you may be asked to turn off your video feed to remain out of the photo.
