Ms. Marks is a rising start in the Patent Trials and Appeal Board (PTAB) practice. Prior to joining Unified Patents, Ms. Marks was a patent prosecutor and litigator at a reputable IP boutique firm and she was an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University Law School. Besides her love for patent law, Ms. Marks is also passionate about finding solutions to mitigate unconscious biases in the workplace.
