If there's one thing I've learned from working with Ashley, it's that saying yes to her ideas almost always leads somewhere I never expected and somewhere I'm ultimately glad I went. That's exactly how Transform Thinking Transform Life came to be. What started as a conversation became a collaboration, and that collaboration became something real and tangible that I'm incredibly proud of and excited for. Now that the workbook is available for preorder, I find myself once again in that familiar territory of excitement and just a little terror, because Ashley and I are taking it one step further: I've signed on as a facilitator for our upcoming workshop, Crafting Collaborative Success: A Multigenerational Experience.

Facilitating is not something I have ever seen myself doing. But that's kind of the whole point. The workshop itself is built around themes that challenge you to step outside comfortable patterns, identify toxic and scarcity-driven dynamics, distinguish people-pleasing from courageous communication, and build the kind of boundary-setting skills that protect your energy without burning your relationships. It would feel disingenuous to talk about that work while playing it safe myself. So here I am, stepping up.

The experience is designed to be dynamic. Eight facilitators, paired up in teams of two or three, each lead a focused module, participants get a rich, multi-voice conversation all in a single session. No pre-reading required; you just show up ready to engage, and by the end, you'll walk away with a concrete 30-day micro-action plan built from all six themes.

I won't pretend there isn't a learning curve in stepping into this role. But if Transform Thinking Transform Life taught me anything, it's that growth tends to live right at the edge of what you think you're capable of.

Ashley has a way of seeing possibilities in people before they see them in themselves, and I'm grateful she keeps pulling me towards mine. If any of this resonates with you, the multigenerational dynamics, the communication challenges, the desire to lead with more intention, I hope you'll join us.

And if you haven't yet, go grab the workbook and preorder your copy. This is just the beginning.
